SUMMARY:

Banking and financing; mortgage lenders and brokers. Permits mortgage brokers and lenders to obtain collateral security interests in mobile or manufactured homes placed on real estate. The bill also permits such brokers and lenders to utilize loan agreements containing acceleration clauses triggered by borrowers' (i) submission of false information in loan applications or (ii) breach of any representations or covenants made in the loan agreements.
