SUMMARY:
Charitable gaming. Reduces the audit fee charged by the Charitable Gaming Commission from two percent to two-tenths of one percent; requires the Commission to establish regulations defining the conditions under which bingo workers may play bingo; and clarifies the lawful use of proceeds by charitable organizations which cannot own property in their own name but have a real estate holding entity, with identical members as the charitable organization, which owns the property where bingo is played on behalf of the charitable organization.
