SUMMARY:
State employee access to information infrastructure. Requires state agencies to establish agency rules restricting employee access to information infrastructure sites or services compatible with the agencies' duties and responsibilities. The information infrastructure includes the Internet, the World Wide Web, etc. The rules must include provisions establishing appropriate disciplinary measures for their violation. The bill also eliminates obsolete language.
