SUMMARY:
Multi-county transportation improvement districts; lines of credit. Authorizes the commission of any multi-county transportation improvement district in any county having a population of more than 500,000, or any adjoining county, to enter into agreements establishing lines of credit for facilities operated under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995.
