SUMMARY:

Toll facilities revolving account. Establishes a regional toll facilities revolving account for excess funds received for toll facilities operated pursuant to the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995. Such funds shall be held for use within the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) within which the facility exists.
