SUMMARY:
Unlawful ammunition-feeding device; penalty. This bill makes the use of a "large capacity ammunition-feeding device" in the commission or attempted commission of certain felonies (e.g., murder, rape, robbery, B & E, etc.) a Class 1 misdemeanor.
