SUMMARY:

Juvenile detention commissions. Authorizes the juvenile detention commission serving the Eleventh, Fourteenth and Sixteenth Judicial Districts to borrow money and issue revenue bonds under § 16.1-318. This power was granted in 1993, but limited to the Middle Peninsula Juvenile Detention Commission.
