Conveyance by ABC to North American Properties. Authorizes the ABC Board to convey an unused portion of property( approximately one-half acre ) on which an ABC store is located, off Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County, without competitive bidding and without approval of the Governor or notice to the House Appropriations Committee and Senate Finance Committees.
