SUMMARY:
Health insurance; health care provider panels; patient travel time. Requires state-regulated health insurers, HMOs and other providers of health care coverage plans utilizing managed care provider networks, to ensure that no individuals covered by such plans will require, on an average, more than 30 minutes to reach a primary care provider via public transportation.
