SUMMARY:

Judicial Nominations Commission. Creates the Judicial Nominations Commission to make nonbinding recommendations to the General Assembly for candidates for election to judgeships. The 12 Commission members (eight lawyers; four nonlawyers) are to be appointed equally by the General Assembly, the Governor and the Supreme Court.
