SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; annual report of the Commission. Requires the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission to include within its annual report a calculation of the aggregate value of all awards terminated during the year for which the report is prepared, plus the net sum actually paid to employees after deducting legal expenses and related costs approved by the Commission.
