SUMMARY:

Virginia Tort Claims Act; notice of claim. Establishes that the claimant may prove that the Director of the Division of Risk Management, the Attorney General or the chairman of a transportation district, as the case may be, received notice of claim if the claimant proves by clear and convincing evidence that the Division or district had actual knowledge of a claim.
