SUMMARY:
VHDA; disapproval of housing developments by local governments. Adds "not consistent with the local Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy" as another finding which can be made by a local government in order to disapprove the new construction or substantial rehabilitation of a proposed multi-family residential development. The bill also contains technical amendments.
