SUMMARY:

Suspension of license for failure or refusal to pay fines or costs. Provides that notice of suspension of license for non-payment of VASAP fees is sent by the VASAP director rather than the clerk of court and provides further that the VASAP director shall, upon the expiration of 10 days after the notice was provided to the individual, send notice to the Commissioner of DMV that the fees are unpaid.
