HB 2376 Coalbed methane gas wells.

SUMMARY:

Coalbed methane gas wells. Provides that the signed consent from nearby coal operators required for coalbed methane gas well permits shall be deemed to be granted for any tract where title to the coal is held by multiple owners if the applicant has obtained consent to stimulate from the co-tenants holding majority interest in the tract and none of the coal co-tenants has leased the tract for coal development.
