HB 2371 Removal of obstacles from waters.

SUMMARY:

Removal of obstacles. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to require the owner of a vessel or structure that is in danger of sinking and is an obstacle or hazard to the use of a waterway to remove such obstacle. If the owner cannot be located, the Commission is empowered to remove the vessel or structure.
