HB 2370 Water vessels; removal or repair of those that have been abandoned.

SUMMARY:

Removal or repair of certain structures or vessels. Allows localities by ordinance to require that vessels which are abandoned be repaired or removed by the owner, or if the owner fails to do so, by the locality. If the locality takes such action, the charges shall constitute a lien against all of the owner's real property, rather than merely against the property which has been abandoned or is in disrepair.
