SUMMARY:
Criminal history records check for individuals involved with youth sports programs. Provides that as a condition of employment or to volunteer for any sports-related activity involving minors, the sponsoring organization or board may require an application for certification, by the Department of State Police, that the applicant has not been convicted of a felony, a crime of moral turpitude, or any offense involving the sexual molestation, physical or sexual abuse, or rape of a child.
