SUMMARY:

Special game wardens. Reduces from 1,000 to 500 the minimum acreage that a landowner must own in order to be able to request the Director of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to appoint a special game warden, and provides that requests shall be accompanied by a fee of $100.
