SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer franchise acts. Provides that if the ABC Board finds that good cause exists for termination of an agreement with a wholesaler, the winery or brewery would not be required to continue the agreement in effect pending judicial review of the Board's decision (current law), but could proceed to discontinue the agreement based on the Board's finding. The provisions of this act do not apply to any decision or finding of good cause rendered by the Board prior to July 1, 1997.
