SUMMARY:

Commissioners of accounts. Requires that commissioners of accounts make an annual public report of fees earned, from the previous year, which is to be available for public inspection. The bill prohibits the appointment of any member of the General Assembly to serve as a commissioner of accounts. The bill does not affect legislators who are already commissioners.
