SUMMARY:
Membership of community services boards (CSBs). Requires all community services boards to have at least one consumer or family member of a consumer and establishes a goal of at least 20 percent representation of such on these boards. Presently, there are six boards that have no consumers or family members of consumers. There are 40 CSBs in Virginia.
