HB 2334 Highway condemnations.

SUMMARY:

Condemnations. Provides that in cases where the condemnation award is less than the amount which VDOT deposited with the court during the pendency of the proceeding, if the landowner has withdrawn that amount, as he is entitled to do, the landowner must repay the excess plus interest at the general account deposit rate.
