SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; brewery license. Authorizes a brewery licensee to sell, from the premises occupied by the brewery, its brands of beer in closed and resealable containers for off-premises consumption and to deliver or ship such beer to purchasers in accordance with Board regulations.
