Introduced by: David B. Albo | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Criminal procedure; certificate of analysis of blood alcohol content. Requires the attorney for the Commonwealth to respond to an accused's request for a copy of the certificate of analysis and to ensure that the copy is sent seven days before trial. The failure to send the request in a timely manner is grounds for the defense to continue the case but will not act as a bar to the admissibility of the certificate.
