SUMMARY:

Public assistance; Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW). Provides that local departments of social services may place a VIEW participant in a training program in combination with eight hours per week of community work experience for the duration of the training. The VIEW participant may continue in the combined training and community work experience placements as long as he progresses satisfactorily in both placements.
