SUMMARY:
Local sales tax revenue payments to cities and counties. Requires the Commonwealth to refund any underpayments of local sales tax revenue made to cities and counties during the three years preceding the discovery of an error in the state's distribution of the revenue. If an error in payments is made, adjustments must be made in the six monthly payments following its discovery.
