SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax and BPOL tax; Enterprise Zone. Reduces the sales and use tax rate charged in enterprise zones from 4.5 percent to 2.5 percent. The bill also allows, as an incentive, localities to increase the BPOL tax thresholds from $50,000 and $100,000 to $250,000 and $500,000, respectively.
