SUMMARY:
Examinations and recognizances certified to grand jury. Provides that cases certified to the circuit court may skip a term and be certified to the second term after the accused's examination and recognizance, thus avoiding the problem in circuit courts on monthly terms where the case of an accused certified today will be before the grand jury tomorrow.
