SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; definition of injury by accident. Provides for purposes of Workers' Compensation, an injury by accident is an identifiable incident that occurs at a reasonably definite time that cause an obvious sudden mechanical or structural change in the body. An employee is not required to provide the exact date or hour of the incident or event to prove an injury by accident.
