SUMMARY:
Professional and occupational regulation; employee assistance professionals. Provides for the licensing of employee assistance professionals through the creation of the Board for Employee Assistance Professionals at the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. This bill is a recommendation of the Joint Subcommittee Studying Employee Assistance Programs pursuant to HJR 230 (1996).
