Report of arrest of school employees for certain crimes; fingerprinting; suspension of school employees. Adds drug-related offenses and obscenity offenses to the list of crimes for which school employees must be reported to school officials by law-enforcement officials, against which fingerprints are checked, and for which school employees face suspension.
