SUMMARY:

Air Control Board action on certain permits. Replaces the term "any major permit" with "any permits for the construction of a new major source or for a major modification to an existing source" in a provision of the Code requiring the State Air Pollution Control Board to take certain actions prior to issuing such permits in localities that will be particularly affected.
