SUMMARY:
Health professions; inactive licenses. Requires the Board of Dentistry to provide for the issuance of inactive licenses for dentists and dental hygienists who are fully licensed but who do not wish to practice in Virginia. The regulations would also include provisions for remedial education for the reactivation of a license.
