SUMMARY:
Agricultural Stewardship Act. Clarifies the Act's definition of pollution by specifying that pollution makes state waters detrimental to the public health, or to animal or aquatic life, or to the uses of such waters for domestic or industrial consumption, for recreation, or for other uses. The current definition of pollution is "any alteration of the physical, chemical or biological properties of any state waters resulting from sedimentation, nutrients, or toxins."
