SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; hearing decisions. Requires the ABC Board to adopt regulations which require retail licensees to file an appeal from any hearing decision rendered by a hearing officer within 30 days. The bill specifies that notice by the Board shall be sent by both certified and regular mail.
