SUMMARY:
Housing; Virginia Interagency Action Council for the Homeless. Establishes the Virginia Interagency Action Council for the Homeless to compile data on the numbers and demographics of Virginians served by homeless programs and to establish a central resource and information center for the homeless in Virginia. The bill provides for the membership and duties of the Council; directs the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development to provide staff support to the Council; and contains technical amendments.
