SUMMARY:

Testing of certain persons for blood-borne pathogens. Includes in the definition of public safety employee, those individuals who are victims of or witnesses to a specific crime or any person providing assistance to a public safety agency employee, if such victims, witnesses or assisting persons have been involved in a possible exposure-prone incident, only for the purpose of accessing the procedure relating to notice, consent and testing of persons for blood-borne pathogens.
