SUMMARY:
Health Care Decisions Act; organ, tissue, and eye donations. Permits an individual to appoint an agent for the purpose of making an anatomical gift of all or any part of his body after his death. The agent may be appointed in a will or in an advance medical directive. The agent will be authorized to make the anatomical gift upon the death of the individual. The agent's decision cannot be overridden by a family member.
