HB 2172 Health; reports by nursing homes.
Introduced by: L. Preston Bryant, Jr. | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Health; reports by nursing homes. Eliminates the requirement for nursing homes to submit quarterly reports to the Board of Health regarding the numbers of patients, sources of payment and other information. Because of federal certification and state licensure reporting requirements, the Department of Health knows the number of Medicaid/Medicare beds available and the source of payment.
