Special license plates; Yorktown; Gloucester. Establishes revenue-sharing special license plates bearing the legends "Historic Yorktown" and "Gloucester: Daffodil Capitol of the World." Proceeds from the sales of these plates will be used to support the arts in the Town of Yorktown and Gloucester County, respectively.
