SUMMARY:

Licensed child day center personnel qualifications. Provides the qualifications for licensed child day center administrators, programs directors, program leaders and child care supervisors. The qualifications do not apply to personnel in child day centers licensed under 22 VAC 15-30-680 et seq. and 22 VAC 15-40-680 et seq., as in effect on December 1, 1996. These provisions shall expire on July 1, 1998.
