SUMMARY:
Virginia Retirement System; definition of "normal retirement date." Provides an additional definition of "normal retirement date," i.e., completion of 30 years of creditable service, regardless of a member's age. The bill retains the current Code definition of "normal retirement date" as being a member's 65th birthday.
