SUMMARY:

Powers of the City of Richmond; Oakwood Cemetery. Provides that the City of Richmond shall transfer portions of the Oakwood Cemetery to the Commonwealth, and shall reimburse the Commonwealth the $30,000 paid to the City for maintenance of the cemetery.
