SUMMARY:

Limitation of liability of canoe outfitters. Provides that canoe outfitters are immune from non-malicious civil tort liability if they inform their participants of the dangers inherent in the sport, provide proper safety equipment and flotation devices, and refrain from releasing an overweight craft or one that is damaged.
