SUMMARY:
Attorney General; prosecution of certain environmental crimes. Authorizes the Attorney General, with the concurrence of the local attorney for the Commonwealth, to prosecute violations of the Air Pollution Control law, the Virginia Waste Management Act, and the State Water Control law, as well as related offenses.
