SUMMARY:

Submission of additional information to legislative committees by departments, agencies, and institutions of the Commonwealth. Requires the Department of Personnel and Training to submit an annual report to the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees of the number of employees who voluntarily and involuntarily terminated their employment with each state department, agency, or institution in the previous fiscal year. The report is due on or before September 30.
