SUMMARY:

Regional criminal justice training academy funding. Increases by one dollar the fees assessed on each felony and misdemeanor conviction in circuit court and for processing each misdemeanor and traffic case in district court. The revenue generated by the fee increase will be used to provide financial support for regional criminal justice training academies.
