SUMMARY:

Virginia-Israel Advisory Board. Increases the size of the Board and authorizes it to accept and expend any matching funds as may be designated in the appropriation act. The bill also requires the Board to report annually to the Governor on the acceptance and expenditure of any such matching funds.
