SUMMARY:
Inspections required by the State Fire Marshal. Adds (i) all student-residence facilities owned or operated by the public institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth and (ii) public schools in the Commonwealth which are not inspected by the local fire marshal to those facilities which are required to be inspected annually by the State Fire Marshal.
